Pack Securely
Place the instrument in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories, then secure it within a sturdy outer shipping box.
Ship to Bonners
Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the outer box and ship the package to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked and insured courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
